Payroll jobs

The Payroll Jobs, week ending 15 March 2025 was the final update to this visualisation, as the ABS have ceased the source publication. This visualisation is planned to be discontinued from December 2025. If you would like to provide feedback to QGSO about this, please email govstat@treasury.qld.gov.au.

The Payroll Jobs indexes will be replaced by the ABS with a new monthly Employee Jobs measure, also derived from Single Touch Payroll data, that will be available in the Monthly Employee Earnings Indicator on the ABS website from February 2026.
