Projected dwellings, by series, by local government area, Queensland, 2021 to 2046 (table)
This table provides a time series of projected dwellings for Queensland local government areas by five–year projection interval. Three series of projections (low, medium and high) are provided to account for a range of possible outcomes. Projected dwelling occupancy rates are also provided.
This table was produced using data from the Queensland Government population, household and dwelling projections 2025 edition.

This table provides a time series of projected dwellings for the Greater Brisbane Greater Capital City Statistical Area (GCCSA) and remaining statistical areas level 4 (SA4s) in Queensland by five–year projection interval. Three series of projections (low, medium and high) are provided to account for a range of possible outcomes. Projected dwelling occupancy rates are also provided.

Three series of projections (low, medium and high) are provided to account for a range of possible outcomes. The source of these data is the Queensland Government household projections 2025 edition.
Projected population, by series, by living arrangement, statistical areas level 4, Queensland, 2021 to 2046 (table)
This table contains population projections by living arrangement for the Greater Brisbane Greater Capital City Statistical Area (GCCSA) and remaining statistical areas level 4 (SA4s) (ASGS 2021) in Queensland, 2021 to 2046. Data for SA4s within the Greater Brisbane GCCSA are not available. Three series of projections (low, medium and high) are provided to account for a range of possible outcomes.
The source of these data is the Queensland Government household and dwelling projections 2025 edition. These projections of the population by living arrangement belong to the suite of household projections as they are a direct output of the modelling undertaken to generate the Queensland Government household and dwelling projections. As such, these figures match other household projection results, and they also align with the Queensland Government population projections 2025 edition.
