The Crime Statistics and Research (CSR) unit within the Queensland Government Statistician’s Office is an independent crime statistical body established to
- create a point of access for crime and justice statistics in Queensland
- research and evaluate crime and criminal justice issues
- publish statistical information and research on crime and trends in Queensland
Information available includes:
- Statistics related to recorded crime and criminal justice
- Research examining ongoing and emergent criminal justice system issues.
